Details: Rescue 1 is the Departments most utilized vehicle.  Rescue 1 responds to all calls when  available, this type III rescue / Ambulance vehicle provides initial EMS support at thousands of incidents annually.

Details: Ladder 1 is housed at fire headquarters and provides the Dunkirk Fire Department the ability conduct rescue and firefighting from an elevated position.

Details: Engine 1 is a 1250 GPM pumper truck utilized throughout the City for standard firefighting activities.  Engine 1 was purchased in 2005 utilizing a CDBG grant.

Details: Engine 2 is a 1000 GPM pumper truck utilized as a reserve engine and deployed as necessary to provide additional firefighting support.

Details: Engine 3 is a 1250 GPM pumper truck utilized throughout the City for standard firefighting activities.  Based in the First Ward of the City Engine 3 is often the first responder to many calls in this area of the City.

Details: Engine 4 is a 1500 GPM pumper truck utilized throughout the City for standard firefighting activities.  Based in the densely populated Fourth Ward of the City Engine 4 is often the first responder to many calls in this area of the City.

Model: 21' Zodiac Hurricane

Station: Fire Station 3

Details: Boat 1 is a 21’ Zodiac Hurricane equipped with twin 90 Horsepower four stroke Honda Motors and a GPS System.  Boat 1 is house at Station 3 for easy deployment to the water during the winter months and is moored at the Chadwick Bay Marina during the boating season.
